Ilja joined Flashpoint in 2018 as a member of the Venture Growth team and played a key role in launching Flashpoint’s Growth Debt Fund.
In his current role, Ilja is responsible for deal origination, analysis, execution, and portfolio monitoring, while also supporting fund-level processes.
Previously, he spent over three years at Deutsche Bank in London, working closely with technology vendors and investment banking teams. Ilja began his career as a financial auditor at KPMG.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and International Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) in London and is a CFA charterholder.
